It’s a ****, I booked flight with them and I spelled last name wrong, they made me pay R820 and after that they said they can’t rectify or cancel my booking , the phone number is not working

Sky ****mer advertised a flight from Cape Town to Jakarta and Bali back to Cape Town via My Trip with 7 available seats at R18 000. 3 tickets was purchased 3 weeks ago and when wd wanted to buy the 4th ticket the advertised price remain the same but as soon as you click on pay afer putting your credit card details in, the price suddenly changed to R24 000. It remained that way for 2 weeks. Yesterday the price was updated to R22 000 but when I wanted to pay, it changed to R27 000. Their excuse- the airline changed the prices, which is understandable, but surely then the website must update after a day or two. I see this advertising as misrepresentation.

I have an issue with this flight agence that i booked a ticket for a flight to the USA but the airline deny me the flight because i didn't have a transit visa . My flight is to the USA but the flight had to transit by Belgium so i don't have a visa for Belgium and now the agent here in cape town says i can't get a refund or another flight . My order number of the flight is LUZCBP . Pls assist if you can because this is pure scam and according to the policies of the airline this ticket is refundable but the agence says no . Thanks . I have an issue with this flight agence that i booked a ticket for a flight to the USA but the airline deny me the flight because i didn't have a transit visa . WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! First I could not change my name on the flight ticket, so I went to home affairs to change the name on my passport instead. Saying that home affairs in South Africa provided better service then they did. Now due to the above mentioned our visa's is not ready in time. And I am trying to rebook my flights. I've been on the phone for more than an hour, and after paying and additional R13 000.00 (keep in mind I did originally book a flexi ticket) they said that the flights are not available anymore and we have to rebook again???????????????? I am currently still on the phone to them and no luck at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Utterly USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely bad customer service. We got stuck at the airport due to Covid travelling restrictions that has changed before our departure. (We were not allowed to board, country closed it boarders for tourists) I could not get hold of an operator to assist via mail or via phone to either find us another flight to somewhere els, or any type of assistance as I did not know what to do know - we were okey to board the day before and now we were not. The airline itself could not assist, as we booked through a third party, but they did assure me that my tickets will still be available should i want to rebook. When i finally got hold of a My trip representative - I was told the same I have to rebook my ticker within 1 year. We then later decided that we are not going to try and rebook but rather Cancell the Flights and wait for Covid to pass. After again struggling to get into communication with them, I was told on the 30 January 2022 that my refund is in process. After not receiving a refund - I finally got hold of them on the 30 March 2022 when know i was told that i was marked as a "no show" for the flight and that the flight is non refundable??

Please don’t ever book with this company! I am so frustrated. I have had endless problems with them. Firstly they are extremely difficult to connect, there call centres never work. I have booked tickets for my parents who are pensioners. These people make every excuse to make life harder when trying to rebook or even get your money back. It’s absolutely pathetic! I am not going to let this slide as my parents money is now stuck there!
