Extremely bad customer service.
We got stuck at the airport due to Covid travelling restrictions that has changed before our departure. (We were not allowed to board, country closed it boarders for tourists) I could not get hold of an operator to assist via mail or via phone to either find us another flight to somewhere els, or any type of assistance as I did not know what to do know - we were okey to board the day before and now we were not.
The airline itself could not assist, as we booked through a third party, but they did assure me that my tickets will still be available should i want to rebook.
When i finally got hold of a My trip representative - I was told the same I have to rebook my ticker within 1 year.
We then later decided that we are not going to try and rebook but rather Cancell the Flights and wait for Covid to pass.
After again struggling to get into communication with them, I was told on the 30 January 2022 that my refund is in process.
After not receiving a refund - I finally got hold of them on the 30 March 2022 when know i was told that i was marked as a "no show" for the flight and that the flight is non refundable??
