CTU insurrances company
CTU insurrances company doesn't respond to any complaints whatever issue you raised . They don't care about peoples who payed them it's a bad company and i will never advise peoples to engage with them . They have just cancelled my policy without any reason . Don't engage with CTU very bad experiences from my side . Thanks

My trip
I have an issue with this flight agence that i booked a ticket for a flight to the USA but the airline deny me the flight because i didn't have a transit visa . My flight is to the USA but the flight had to transit by Belgium so i don't have a visa for Belgium and now the agent here in cape town says i can't get a refund or another flight . My order number of the flight is LUZCBP . Pls assist if you can because this is pure scam and according to the policies of the airline this ticket is refundable but the agence says no . Thanks . Insurrance claim
Very very bad experience with CTU , it's been now 4 months that i start a claim and they keep on changing story day after day , week after week . I won't advice anyone to deal or take any engagement with CTU I've been with them since 2019 and this is my first time to claim but they don't want to pay . Very very bad experience
