Mycelldeals are ****mers and have no phone etiquette

This is a big ****. Stay away! A consultant takes you through the application, then "transfers" your call to a department that will finalize the application, which is an utter lie! You can hear people talking at the back while the call is "transferred". The phone is merely handed to another person sitting next to the consultant and then they hit you with an additional "benefit" Fee of R135 which you can "cancel" at any time AFTER your approval. Then when I said no, I do not want that additional "benefit" the lady sad the following in a demanding threatening voice : "we took you through the entire application process, without the benefit fee we cannot approve your application, do you understand this or not" and I stated that I will not pay any benefit fee and the lady said the following: " why did you then apply if you dont want to pay? thank you for wasting my time" and she threw the phone down in my ear. Stay away from Mycelldeals. They are ****mers and have no respect for people.
