Mycelldeals are ****mers and have no phone etiquette
This is a big ****. Stay away! A consultant takes you through the application, then "transfers" your call to a department that will finalize the application, which is an utter lie! You can hear people talking at the back while the call is "transferred". The phone is merely handed to another person sitting next to the consultant and then they hit you with an additional "benefit" Fee of R135 which you can "cancel" at any time AFTER your approval. Then when I said no, I do not want that additional "benefit" the lady sad the following in a demanding threatening voice : "we took you through the entire application process, without the benefit fee we cannot approve your application, do you understand this or not" and I stated that I will not pay any benefit fee and the lady said the following: " why did you then apply if you dont want to pay? thank you for wasting my time" and she threw the phone down in my ear. Stay away from Mycelldeals. They are ****mers and have no respect for people.

My husband app**** for a cellphone deal at MTN,but due to his low credit score he was declined. No long we then received a call from a woman at my cell deals and she offered my husband the double deal that we also saw advertised on Facebook for r450 per month. My husband went through the approval process and then was transferred to another gentlemen in order to confirm. The said there's a fee of r135 that's included in the r450 per month deal that covers data,airtime and insurance incase your phone gets lost or ******. Not long we received a message from Capitec bank to approve a debit of r135 per month on the 25th of every month, I told my husband to cancel because it didn't sound right. The next day he received an SMS from Capitec saying the debit has been activated. Can someone please assist me with a way forward

This is the worst place I've ever dealt with! They are a complete waste of time and they are ******. They called pretending to Blue Label Connect , took all my details and proceeded with the "vetting process" in order to "approve" my contract. I believed them because I app**** with Blue Label Connect 2 days prior. They took my ID , bank details etc. and set up a debit order , I was told the process would take up-to 7 business days however , when I tried calling them back to choose a different cellphone for my contract , the number they called from was deemed to be non-existent! My oh my , I then sent an email to Blue Label Connect and gave them my particulars and can you imagine my surprise (not a surprise really because I suspected that they were *****ulent when I couldn't get through to them on the number THEY called me from) when they told me that I was not registered on their database? I luckily managed to reverse the debit order in time. Please be careful ;)

Appalling service and no way to get assistance at mycell.co.za
I am actually appalled by the service I have received. I got a call saying I have been approved as I have app**** online. They then proceeded to take down ALL my details, including my banking details. This went through a verification process and then I was asked to verify again so I set a time, but no one called back?!?! Calling in on the 0873303391 'customer service' number gets you to a consultant which I called about 5 times! They cannot apparently put you through to sales as it is an outbound call center and they have no way of sending them a messages.... They just asked me to hang tight and someone will call me, which still has not happened! I eventually spoke to a supervisor who promised me he would mail the sales manager and you guessed it.... no calls once again! I still want to go ahead with the contract but I'm concerned that they have all my details and will deduct my account without even getting the phone? Don't know who to call anymore......?!?!

I'm not happy with this company, I feel like such an idiot for trusting them. They took my details in hopes of getting a phone and now I'm worried they going to fiddle into my bank account. When I try to call they never answer their calls. Which makes me suspicious as to they know exactly what they doing to people. I am so worried about my important information!

I received over 10 calls a day from this company. I have no idea where they got my number. Their agents are so rude. This company harassing me and they are not even professional. I have tried blocking them they still call me with different numbers. the number 0110107929/0110104031

Incessant unwanted calls
I am so sick and tired of getting calls from these idiots. I applied at Mondo and was unsuccessful and now I see these idiots are calling me incessantly. I have called back numerous times to get them to remove my number from their database, to no avail. Mondo violated the POPI act by giving my information out to Blue Label Data Solutions

tired of the calls theses guys call every hour, asked them to remove my number from their data base but they dont. they have no email address for one to report them as they are violating POPI and harassing me.
