I am actually appalled by the service I have received. I got a call saying I have been approved as I have app**** online. They then proceeded to take down ALL my details, including my banking details. This went through a verification process and then I was asked to verify again so I set a time, but no one called back?!?! Calling in on the 0873303391 'customer service' number gets you to a consultant which I called about 5 times! They cannot apparently put you through to sales as it is an outbound call center and they have no way of sending them a messages.... They just asked me to hang tight and someone will call me, which still has not happened! I eventually spoke to a supervisor who promised me he would mail the sales manager and you guessed it.... no calls once again! I still want to go ahead with the contract but I'm concerned that they have all my details and will deduct my account without even getting the phone? Don't know who to call anymore......?!?!

I've given up on calling due to the fact that no one can help and always has to escalate the matter, but nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A month has gone by!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can just imagine how you treat other people who also needs helps. I have spoken to so many consultants it is hard to remember them, sure you can check on SAMI as I've been sent from piller to post regarding this matter. I've been a client for over a decade, can you imagine what my friends and family are feeling seeing me going through yet there seems no compassion from Discovery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! imply got an sms from Loan HUB saying I am in arrears with an account… They, Loan Hub, claim to have sent an email, only ONE email I received in which I had 45 days to cancel, no other correspondence was made from Loan Hub?! I am now being handed over which I feel is very unfair since I have tried cancelling , but couldn’t because I have a fixed contract that I apparently agreed to with Loan Hub. I have not agreed 100% with Loan Hub, I was not given the necessary communication to make an informed decision. The CPA and Ombudsman is a service I can and will make use of and will if need be. Regardless whether Loan Hub an email was sent or not, my question is why did they not follow up as no other contact was made by Loan Hub? No sms, no follow up emails etc. just started debiting. But they, Loan Hub, are quick to send you the email and sms when your account is in arrears and worse it is a fixed contract with Loan Hub??? You can’t cancel it unless you stop paying?!?! I honestly don’t even know what this covers me for…. The consultants of Loan Hub are rude and not helpful at all! Loan Hub are already ‘stealing’ money from people but now you, Loan Hub, do it with rude consultants not willing to assist at all. Talking to a robot would have been better I am sure.
