I'm not happy with this company, I feel like such an idiot for trusting them. They took my details in hopes of getting a phone and now I'm worried they going to fiddle into my bank account. When I try to call they never answer their calls. Which makes me suspicious as to they know exactly what they doing to people. I am so worried about my important information!
Me and a friend had a bad experience at Clicks Southgate Mall today. My friend bumped into a small stool step that was left not attendant on the floor, instead of apologizing and acknowledging their wrong, the merchandiser that saw the incident laughed at us instead of helping and told us we should where we are walking. The disrespect that this individual continued to display was ****ing and insulting that Clicks feels its okay to leave hazardous objects on the floor to hurt people so that they can mock them. Worst part our complain was not taken seriously because of our height. Clicks Southgate Mall will pay for employing insensitive incompetent individuals.
I hate coming here to receive help from this company. Call centers are useless as they have limitations to help clients like myself. If anyone from MTN is willing to help please send me to a direction to be helped...

MTN is the worst service provider EVER!!! I've been using the network for almost 10 years now under contract and every time they improve their service of being a bad product even more. Quite frankly I don't know how its the biggest brand with no satisfying standards anymore. I had to get a new service provide because MTN has failed to sort out the network problem around my area and they took a month to let us know they fixing the problem. END of my contract I'm leaving this bad product with its disrespecting customer service "champions"!!!
