******* Ordered a kit in November 2024, nothing arrived. Followed the steps to query and their system ordered a new one, cos "it should have been there by now". New one ordered in January 2025, and now same problem. So they can easily take your money, they just can't deliver on their promises, and it's impossible to get hold of anyone, your only option is "Eve" their virtual assistant, who cannot deviate from the typical FAQ questions. USELESS
