Mymatcha scam

I ordered herbal tea from the Mymatcha website and they said it will take 3-5 days for it to be delivered, now it's been a month and I haven't received my order, there is no communication from their end and I have to constantly contact them and now they don't respond to my messages and emails, they had to promised to refund me but since then they haven't paid my money back, on their website it says they will refund double the amount of a customer is not happy yet they can't pay back my R359 as it is.. They left a bitter taste in my mouth and will no longer try any of their products.
