Very Unprofessional
I have placed and order for 7 matcha whisk on 27th of March 2025. On the 28th of March 2025, I have messaged Cheetah Thin- Julie on +27767094960 asking when they are getting more stock in because I need 13 more. They confirmed that stock will be available today, so I went to the website to add the 13, but it showed that there was no stock available. The sales said they will do it manually because they are waiting for the manager to load the stock which he/she didn't because I paid for the 13 as well. They confirmed that my order will be out for delivery today and that I will receive a tracking number which I didn't because they are not responding to my messages and I also requested a full refund. If only I came across all the bad reviews, I would have even bothered purchasing those items from them. But I am not going to leave it like this. I'm going to take this matter further because they are very ***********.

Quick delivery! Premium product!
I've read some bad reviews so I felt I needed to post about my experience. I ordered on a Monday and received my order by Thursday. I've had no issues and the quality of the product is excellent. I'll definitely be buying from them again. The quality of the matcha is excellent and I can definitely see the health benefits of this brand.

MyMatcha.co.za A BIG SCAM
This is a big scam fellow South African. I paid 1400 to get a bundle of tea that was never delivered. Dont be fooled by the website. You will never see the tea materialize. I called them since November, no answer, I emailed them, no answer. No doubt a Chinese scam. You will not see your money or Matcha. I reported to trust pilot and my bank.

My Macha Tea delivered
Positive: I received my order as ordered. Negative: It was only delivered after 9 days, not 3 - 5 as advertised but at least it was delivered. Also, I was unable to contact them because they did not answer their phones when I tried calling them. (To be fair I only tried calling them once)

My Matcha a Scam
Please don't buy from My Matcha ever. It supposedly sells green and blue tea. I ordered over R1500 worth of tea before black Friday. Today I received one sachet of a tea I had not bought. I tried all their numbers, emailed them. They are a big scam. My Matcha is a scam. My order number is MMT5130

Mymatcha scam
I ordered herbal tea from the Mymatcha website and they said it will take 3-5 days for it to be delivered, now it's been a month and I haven't received my order, there is no communication from their end and I have to constantly contact them and now they don't respond to my messages and emails, they had to promised to refund me but since then they haven't paid my money back, on their website it says they will refund double the amount of a customer is not happy yet they can't pay back my R359 as it is.. They left a bitter taste in my mouth and will no longer try any of their products.
