I was afraid after reading some of the reviews on here however their prices were so competitive I thought I’d give them a try especially since I saw a couple good ones. I have say I am beyond delighted with their service! I was informed every step of the way via email and received my item within 4 days of placing my order
I have been trying for almost a week to cancel my subscription but have been unsuccessful, no one is responding to my messages and the phone doesn’t even ring.
I ordered on Sunday morning and by Tuesday my tea had arrived. Read a lot of reviews saying they were a scam which made me fearful but everything was legit in my opinion.
There was an SMS subscription and service fee added to my Edgars account without my permission and the process of getting this cancelled and refunded has been very frustrating. I logged this query via email and phone last week Friday and until today I am still awaiting feedback. I am not going to pay these outstanding amounts, you have no right to debit my account without my permission, you always say calls are recorded so I suggest you find this call and resolve this with a matter of urgency.
I took a flight from JHB to CPT and my armrest had no cushioning so I had to put my jacket between my skin and the metal. Very uncomfortable few hours!

I was sold a defective Suzuki SX4 that broke down on my home from the dealership on the N14, I was alone and as a lady in today's times it was quite traumatic as it was unsafe and anything could have happened. Bearing in mind the car underwent all these "checks" and "roadworthy tests" to ensure everything was in working order - obviously these checks are baseless and should not be trusted. They refused to take the car back and instead insisted I give them a chance to fix it. There was a back and forth for two weeks when eventually the gearbox broke when they were on their way to deliver the car back to me because it was "fixed". They gave the car to me with a quarter tank of petrol (I'm being generous), hadn't even bothered t wash it and while having the car I filled petrol in it since I had to test drive it when they sent a "mechanic" to fix it, when they realized they couldn't, I was then asked to give them money to tow the car back to Pretoria - I live in the west rand. I asked for the petrol to be refunded as petrol doesn't come cheap these days and I was told a solid no. During this whole ****py experience I was the one having to follow up with them EVERYDAY. Thanks to this when having to apply for another car I had to accept a higher interest rate due to apply for finance again within a short period of time. If you value your time, money and your life I would find a more reputable dealership to give your business to. Needless to say, if there was a negative rating I would give it to them.
The burgers are dry and today I found a moth in my coke!
