I have placed and order for 7 matcha whisk on 27th of March 2025. On the 28th of March 2025, I have messaged Cheetah Thin- Julie on +27767094960 asking when they are getting more stock in because I need 13 more. They confirmed that stock will be available today, so I went to the website to add the 13, but it showed that there was no stock available. The sales said they will do it manually because they are waiting for the manager to load the stock which he/she didn't because I paid for the 13 as well. They confirmed that my order will be out for delivery today and that I will receive a tracking number which I didn't because they are not responding to my messages and I also requested a full refund. If only I came across all the bad reviews, I would have even bothered purchasing those items from them. But I am not going to leave it like this. I'm going to take this matter further because they are very ***********.
