I usually order from Takealot but my kast order has been a nightmare. Let me start by saying their delivery statuses are a lie. I was due delivery on 11 March 2022, it is almost the 18 March. I have sent over at least 16 to 20 tickets. Not once has takealot got back to me. Better yet, they say they have emailed the courier company and no response. I don't know how that is my problem. The Courier company had to deliver a week ago and they have not once contacted me. I have tried to alert Takealot this is suspicious since when I call them they says it's delivered.
Don't ever make the mistake of ordering international and using aramex global Shopper. They are completely useless. They keep sending threatening messages to upload invoices. I keep sending invoices to no avail. They never answer their phones. Their website is obsolete.
Guys this is the first time I give anyone 5 stars. South African woman stop where you shop and shop here. I am really fussy but lady secreto wowed me with their clothes and with the shipping time. The clothes are quality to the max, the sizes spot on. You mad my day.
Don't ever make the mistake of thinking this is a good internet provider. It's the worst. I took out high speed uncapped in Dec. Was told I would get a month free. Come January they double debit. When I queried it multiple times I was responded to once. @there CEO Rudy Van Standen, RSA Webs service leaves much to be desired. Stay away from this provider once more.Even there services like technical service is junk. Also they had the audacity to say it was a reconnection when it was not a reconnection at all.
Please don't buy from My Matcha ever. It supposedly sells green and blue tea. I ordered over R1500 worth of tea before black Friday. Today I received one sachet of a tea I had not bought. I tried all their numbers, emailed them. They are a big scam. My Matcha is a scam. My order number is MMT5130
Please beware of the Edgars/ Edcon group. I have not bought on account for years. Lately they have been sending me messages to pay my account. So I get to the store and they say they dont know how much I must pay because apparently their system does not allow this. So I go online and pay. The messages keep coming. I hope back and say I want to close this account because how can I owe when I dont buy. They only have one phone in the store. There are eight people waiting for that phone. This company is a joke. They must close down. Please everyone withdraw yourself because they are going bankrupt and adding amounts to your account .
As much as Runway Sale is a legit company there service levels are appalling. I have even tried to get the owner to let her know her brand is failing. Firstly they take forever to deliver ; then recently the courier company they used told me to come pick up my package at a warehouse without leaving his particulars . I have sent four emails in the space of two days and not a single reply. A simple call to a customer to say; yes we have noted problem and rectified it will go a long way. Also many times the items you paid for out of stock or they say it was damaged. This company has no ethics or principles and it's a matter of time someone opens a similar company with better ethos and standards.
Please don't buy from Superbalist. Their customer service is zero. Firstly they sent me the incorect product. Then they send someone to pick it up but continuously send me messages that it must still be picked up. They do not reply to your emails . They don't call you . Poor ethics and business principles.
Please stay clear of Runway Sale. I have been trying to book a return for two weeks. They act like they doing you a favor. Their CEO is unreachable; probably due to the amount of complaints. The person I dealt with; Kim is totally not interested. I wish someone would do a better startup with better brands and better delivery times. This is just a big joke and thats for the CEO as well. Poor products; poor delivery, poor returns; no customer service whosoever
I ordered some boots in July. I received them early August . They were small so I returned them the next day. It is now September. I have called; written numerous emails and still no refund. A bunch of thieves. Stick with zando.
