In Nov 2024 I purchased an item (Hot Octopuss Pulse Solo Essential device) at a company called my***ualhealth.co.za. I took it out of the box and noticed after turning it on that it stops after approx. 10 sec. I then charged it fully but the problem was still the same. I mailed the company a few times and on 11. Dec 2024 they sent a driver to collect the item which did not work from the beginning. Since then nothing happened. I wrote 4 emails since then and requested an explanation what is going to happen - no answer. I expected them to contact me and either offer a new device or to refund me and give the money back. Now, I have no device, no info and paid a lot for nothing.
