<p>I paid my Smartbox via credit card. On 16 Aug 2016 I cancelled my future debit orders and deliveries which I have proof that they received and accepted it. Now 6 months later I received a message from LEXMED saying that I owe them R940-00. My SMART KID never phoned or said anything that I owe them money and that after I cancelled my contract. How do they work? Do they just assume that you will continue paying after you cancelled the contract. I never received I smartbox if the debit order didnt go through and I didnt receive any smartboxes in the last 6 months - so for what is that money? Will never recommend anyone to use the're services again.</p>
