<p>My credit card details changed, so my payment for my smart kid did not go through I spoke to someone on the phone to get it fixed and I was happy to let them change my credit card details. The person on the other side assured met that everything was in order.</p> <p> </p> <p>My next box was not delivered and I send an email to find out what is going on. They said the payment did not go through. I told them that I did change my details and thought everything was in order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Still nothing happened and when I asked about it I did not get a response. So I thought to myself, "fine, then I don't want the box anyway"</p> <p>A few months later I get an SMS and email from Lexmed to say that my smart kid account was handed over to them.</p> <p>WHAT THE HECK???</p> <p>I have not received a box and I tried to fix the problem. They could not handle it on their side and now I'm handed over, this is outrageous!!</p>
And to make it worse, I'm trying to get someone to sort it out, no one can help, they just give me another number to call each time.
