Horrible Experience with this swim school. They don't communicate when lessons are canceled and you can never get hold or Jo or Sharon - the managers. They very quick to invoice you but Horrible when it comes to updating you on your children's progress, timetable changes etc I would never recommend then.

Good day (03 September 2019) Today had been the worst treatment towards my daughter (3 years old) at MySwim swimming school at Northriding, Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa. She was left emotionally crying. We arrived 15 minutes late for the lesson. (First lesson after winter) due to heavy traffic. Lesson time is during peak hours. I was told that the lesson will be forfeited subject to late arrival upon paying in advance. I would have accepted a reduced lesson but a forfeit? Apparently the school did not have an instructor to conduct a reduced lesson. How is that the customer responsible for payment? With this grounds I choose to cancel all relationship with MySwim and will take them on legally as they breached the contract first. I will not recommend their service.
