I encountered some difficulties in obtaining Wi-Fi service at my location. After reaching out to several internet service providers without success, I contacted Mytelnet. From the initial contact through the installation process, everything went smoothly, and I received excellent support and reassurance. I wholeheartedly recommend their services. I would like to extend my gratitude to Nerissa and Fatima for their guidance and assistance in finding the optimal solution for my needs.

WELL CONSIDERED TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS WITH GREAT SUPPORT
The evolved MyTelnet team is a pure pleasure to deal with! Historically, I have bashed them a few times before on this platform, but my recent experiences have persuaded me that they have definitely evolved to a serious technology solutions organisation in SA... delivering solid customer-focused solutions which work and serve us so well. Definitely MY Telnet. A capable and competent team.

The evolved MyTelnet team is a pure pleasure to deal with! Historically, I have bashed them a few times before on this platform, but my recent experiences have persuaded me that they have definitely evolved to a serious technology solutions organisation in SA... delivering solid customer-focused solutions which work and serve us so well. Just done an internet upgrade with Mytelnet and once again the service was impeccable!!! Big shout out to Gert, Fatima and Salish for sorting this asap and also for Gideon in the tech support that is always willing and able to assist!

I had a bit of an issue with getting started
I had a bit of an issue with getting started. However, a superwoman came to my rescue, Salisha Governder. She explained everything so well and helped with making sure that our line is up & running & working properly by inlisting the help of Gideon Creamer. Who also helped with getting our extension going. Overall, I am so happy with the services.. especially with the two mentioned individuals, they were so patient, understanding & super professional.
