Stay away from this ponzy scheme at all costs! Firstly at the presentation when I said let me take the contract home and decide after reading it clearly, they said no the offer will not be available to me if I do not take it there and then. Then they said at the presentation that I will pay for 24months then I will have a lifetime membership after that for free. That was a lie!! 3-4 years later they’re contacting me to say I owe them almost 13K….. I never used them not even once!! I paid monthly for 2 years plus I paid 5000 rand at the presentation. These guys milked me!! They said 60% discounts on this and that… there’s absolutely nothing like that!!! I have no idea how these people are able to operate legally…. They ****** me…. Absolutely **** to me at the presentation …. After the presentation reading the contract that they forced me to sign on the spot everything was different….. I’m so gutted!! If anyone can help me with these ****mers please let me know. I hope these guys get dealt with properly. If the law can allow these people to operate the way they do. Then ********ity is legal.

After two years being with Mytravelution, 24 months subscription I am struggling to cancel with them. Company emailed TWO months after cancelling that I owe one month's payment for a year back and now I can't cancel until I pay this overdue amount hence they will still debit my account monthly. I provided proof that all payments were made and I am not overdue with any amount. Poor communication, no one seems to be able to assist to just cancel subscription after months of still taking debit order. Even though I reported this to my bank, they still find ways to deducted monthly on my account. Only answer I get is Erica is on Maternity leave and they bounce me from one person to another. I have now seek legal advise and was informed to open a Police case of ***** against the company so they can take action, when I called and ask for the company's details I was informed I cannot have them as I am not a member? which is odd because they emailed me stating I cannot cancel until I pay overdue amount (which there is none). This is all clearly an attempt to take more payments. This company is definitely a *****.

I had health issues since I became a Primary member with Mytravelution. The Secondary member I had, was also inactive. Roscoe April assisted me in cancelling the inactive Secondary member to replace her with an active one. We paid the transfer of Secondary membership that Roscoe assisted with. Within a few days the Secondary member was included. Thank you, Roscoe April
