MyTrip, GoToGate, and Flightnetwork (part of the eTraveli Group) engage in deceptive practices with virtually no customer support. I was denied boarding at Gatwick with three kids because, despite being charged for five tickets, MyTrip failed to add the children to the passenger list. The airline couldn’t help since the booking was through the agency, and MyTrip kept deflecting responsibility. After 12 hours at the airport, 37 calls, and emails (even to CEO Mathias Hedlund), I got no resolution. I lost over £5,700 and received no case number, direct contact, or consistent help. Every call started from scratch. Their Skyscanner reviews are likely ****, and their customer support—based in India—offers empty promises and no real assistance. Avoid all eTraveli Group companies at all costs.
