THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER to sum up they are not correct, they are *********, they are very inefficient and they barely reply to their customers- I wish I can post proof of communication, here are some of what happened with me: 1- I buy sports cards from box breaks so when you pay $10 for a team you might received a $1000 card so they assume their own values of the cards and when you challenge their value and submit an invoice for the team you bought they started asking you for an invoice stating each card separately - total BS 2- I have discovered (late after processing with them around 300 shipment) that more than 50% of the packages weights they were claiming are over stated and sometimes 10 times more than the real weight. when you challenge them they ask you to pay an extra fee (for a mistake they have done) and if i turned our to be right they will refund the fees 3- Now i have with them sports cards for an approximate value of $200 that they are claiming late storage fees for 75$. Knowing they were the ones who kept delaying the communications and asking for documents and proofs of payments etc.... until I have exceeded the 2 months free storage. At the end i got disgusted and asked them to keep the cards for their kids to enjoy them in case you need proof, everything is available
