Appalling service from MyVoip Communications - SCAM ALERT
Upon signing up with this communications company, we were promised efficient internet and customer service as well as a 10mb line and have now been told that this is a 5mb line and this line is shared between 20 people. To date, none of the above has been received. Services are suspended before payment due dates, offices closed without communication to customers, incompetent technicians (Rafique) are sent out to assist, calls are never returned, both from call centre agents (Akshay) up to regional managers (Sameer).
My parents have been with this service provider for the last 3 years and have experienced nothing but grief every month without fail, if not daily. Funds are paid, sometimes up front and services disconnected without hesitation, BEFORE PAYMENT DUE DATES.
IN A MONTH OF 30/31 DAYS, internet connectivity is provided at most, for half the month or less.
The service level is non-existent and disappointing to say the least, customers are not heard and treated in an unprofessional manner both telephonically and in person. What happens to the elderly that do not have a voice/platform to air their concerns and how long will this go on for?
This company is scamming the community and it’s clients, we are paying for a service without receiving what we are paying for!!!
