Fraudulent building material suppliers

Ordered 20 000 bricks and 10m3 building sand from them. They delivered only half and pocketed the rest of the money. Siy weeks later they are still making rediculous excuses and telling more lies. Stole over R20 000 and shamelessly keeps trading.
