While I’m not a direct customer, my sister had an unfortunate encounter with one of Mzansi Security's on-duty officers. She was driving my car on her way to work when the security officer struck and damaged the driver-side mirror. They stopped to exchange details, and my sister filed a report at the police station.
Since then, my sister has been calling Mzansi Security multiple times a week to resolve the matter and get the mirror fixed. Unfortunately, she has been given the runaround every single time. Recently, they told her that the security guard had already paid for the mirror damaged on the company vehicle and we were advised to claim from our own insurance for the damage. This is completely unacceptable! Mzansi Security is responsible for the damage and should be handling the repair, not passing the burden onto us.
Despite her persistent efforts, my sister has yet to receive any clear communication or resolution. She has been repeatedly told that the person who handles these issues is unavailable and that someone will call her back—yet no one ever does. She’s lost all hope and handed the issue over to me, and I’m shocked at the lack of accountability from this company. It makes me wonder how many others have been treated this way.
Mzansi Security seems unwilling to take responsibility for their employees’ actions, and I would not recommend them based on this experience.
