Possible fraudulent company not supplying goods

I contacted Mzansi Pool Covers around the 13th of July 2015, to order a pool cover. The company contact when dailing the land line is Ethan. A man by the name of Carter came out to my house to take pool measurements . It should take 7 - 10 days to manufacture as per their quote, but with regular follow-ups, there were the one excuse on the other. Installation to date has not taken place, and the company does not answer any land line. The mobile number I was given as a direct contact, due to apparent Telkom landline problems, just rings, no one answers. The e-mails sent as correspondence has been read though, but no one coming back. Please be careful - the company seems to be fraudulent taking innocent people's monies with no goods delivered or services rendered. They advertise per e-mail, is on Facebook and has a website.
