still no pool cover

We order and paid for a pool cover from Mzansi pool covers on the 22nd of June 2015 until today 14 July 2015 we have not have any luck of getting our pool cover. We phoned Carter numerous times to get feedback and he just makes promises. We phoned the office number no luck no one answers the phone.
