Deal Dnt respond my calls and answer my Watup’s for refund

I bought car at n1 city hyndai,am staying in Mpumalanga so the registration of the need to be registered at Mpumalanga I have done done tht now am submitting proof of payment for refund the manager Raza. Dnt answer my calls don’t respond my email for assisting me,cos when I bought car it included the registration of the car

I called service to plan the car only to find out they reduce kilometres of the car now I Dnt know up to how many mileage to take my car to service,this dealer stressed me a lot very bad service
