I took my vehicle in for a service on Monday, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. When the vehicle was returned to me, it had an oil leak, which meant I had to take it back immediately. After that issue was addressed, I later discovered that the air conditioner was no longer functioning properly — despite it working perfectly before the service. Once again, I had to return the vehicle. I have now been informed, after their inspection, that the aircon pipes were allegedly damaged by an underbody stone sc****. However, prior to the service, the air conditioning system was working without any issues. It is concerning that this problem only arose after the vehicle was in your care. I am not satisfied with the explanation provided, especially as photographs are now being used to shift responsibility onto me. From my perspective, the vehicle was handed over in good working condition, and these issues only surfaced after the service was performed. I require a clear and honest explanation as to how this damage occurred while the vehicle was under your supervision. I believe accountability and professional responsibility are essential, and at this stage, I am not satisfied with the service I have received. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

This was disclosed and more than once I said I want to let my car go as is and obviously they agreed. I have voice messages between myself and Hyundai confirming this. Deal was done I took delivery of car and then nightmare started. Hyundai called to tell me about the arrears and I must pay for it. I disagreed and said what we agreed on. New sales vehicle manager Kevin and dealer principal not sure his name but they sat with me and I was bul**** by 2 men who was so arrogant threatening me with their legal team and threatened me with them contacting traffic department and have the arrears transferred into my name. They wanted to hear nothing of our agreement, Kevin blatently told me I didn't say anything. I even gave a ballpark figure how much is owed and Kevin said I never did. The salesperson confirmed in their presence that all I am saying is true. But the dealer principal and Kevin was so arrogant they wanted to hear nothing. I played the whatsapp messages and they still argued until they said they are willing to split the arrears in 3. I said no it's unfair because this was not agreed. The dealer principal refused to give the license disc and plates of the new car which my wife bought and said he can do this even if the new car is not in my name. I was forced into paying the amount just to get the plates.. I am so sad because during the sale all was well till it was done and they got their money. Never ever again!!!!!!

After two happy years, I took my car for its third service in October 2025. First bad rare in mouth was realising that their stillwn mr extra traffic warning triangle. After leaning from the service my car was pulling to one side and I thought it was wheel alignment, this was not the case and I took it back to Hyundai only to be spoken to like I didn’t know what I was talking about by the dealer principal and having to deal with the awful office/reception manager Chantelle who refused to adequately deal with the oren ****** from my cat sorting the service. I’d strongly suggest using any other Hyundai branch but N1 City, they give the beans a lousy name. I can only assume that management has changed since it wa not like this in 2023 or 2024. Shocking.

Recently bought pre-owned vehicle in june. With the information that was shared with me i still have benefits on the car. My issue is that the car is due to be serviced and i have been trying to contact the company to reinstate the service plan. They keep taking my details. Everytime its the same pattern. And eventually the fone is dropped while i wait for F & I department. And no one gets back to me. I dont know what to do anymore it has been a while month now of trying to reach only 1 person who can help me.

N1 City dealership is the worst ever. Viewed the car I had interest in where there were no visibility of any damages and when I had to collect the car it had so many visible scratches and damaged mags I took the car back to the dealership all to find more scratches on the doors. The worst dealership ever, I regret buying my car at that ****ed up dealership. The management of that dealership has no damn customer service care at all as we requested to see the manager multiple times

I bought car at n1 city hyndai,am staying in Mpumalanga so the registration of the need to be registered at Mpumalanga I have done done tht now am submitting proof of payment for refund the manager Raza. Dnt answer my calls don’t respond my email for assisting me,cos when I bought car it included the registration of the car I called service to plan the car only to find out they reduce kilometres of the car now I Dnt know up to how many mileage to take my car to service,this dealer stressed me a lot very bad service

I also realised that battery terminals were left opened and engine was not washed. It appears that they have become so dangerous to trust them with your car and nobody seems to care. I was referred to a technician to attend to my car again. The guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. Later on I realised that coolant fluid is very low. This dealership is a mess
