I took in my car for service, I was told that the inspection was done and all the fluids were topped up, only to find out that it's a lie

I took in my car for service, I was told that the inspection was done and all the fluids were topped up, only to find out that it's a lie. I also realised that battery terminals were left opened and engine was not washed. It appears that they have become so dangerous to trust them with your car and nobody seems to care. I was referred to a technician to attend to my car again. The guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. Later on I realised that coolant fluid is very low. This dealership is a mess
