After two happy years, I took my car for its third service in October 2025. First bad rare in mouth was realising that their stillwn mr extra traffic warning triangle. After leaning from the service my car was pulling to one side and I thought it was wheel alignment, this was not the case and I took it back to Hyundai only to be spoken to like I didn’t know what I was talking about by the dealer principal and having to deal with the awful office/reception manager Chantelle who refused to adequately deal with the oren ****** from my cat sorting the service. I’d strongly suggest using any other Hyundai branch but N1 City, they give the beans a lousy name. I can only assume that management has changed since it wa not like this in 2023 or 2024. Shocking.
After seeing an online ad and not being gullible, I went to their Cape Town premises to check whether they’re legit. Arrived on site and there’s no warehouse there, after enquiring with the neighbouring businesses it would seem that they have never had a warehouse there. **** **** ****. Hopefully more people do their homework and don’t get duped by this bunch.
Because my previous complaint is over a year old, it has been removed, but I would like to put on record that CapeCrete messed up my floors, not once, but twice. Think twice before using this company.
