I took my vehicle in for a service on Monday, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing.
When the vehicle was returned to me, it had an oil leak, which meant I had to take it back immediately. After that issue was addressed, I later discovered that the air conditioner was no longer functioning properly — despite it working perfectly before the service. Once again, I had to return the vehicle.
I have now been informed, after their inspection, that the aircon pipes were allegedly damaged by an underbody stone sc****. However, prior to the service, the air conditioning system was working without any issues. It is concerning that this problem only arose after the vehicle was in your care.
I am not satisfied with the explanation provided, especially as photographs are now being used to shift responsibility onto me. From my perspective, the vehicle was handed over in good working condition, and these issues only surfaced after the service was performed.
I require a clear and honest explanation as to how this damage occurred while the vehicle was under your supervision. I believe accountability and professional responsibility are essential, and at this stage, I am not satisfied with the service I have received.
