I bought a scarf at this store on 5/2/2023. When I got home, the colour shade in the store was different than at home. Being a Sunday and the mall close at 16:00, there wasn't time to drive back. I took it back after work on 6/2. My intention was to exchange it for the colour I wanted because I want the scarf. When I got in the store, the sales assistant whom I spoke to behind the till did not even hear me out. She just said her boss don't want them to exchange scarves because people could have worn it. I tried to tell her that I don't wear scarves on my head but around my shoulders and I want to exchange it for the proper colour not for my money back. She said her boss won't allow it. I told her to keep the money and the scarf because I really don't want it. My question is. If the boss is so concerned about hygiene because people might have put it on their heads, why are the scarves not packaged because people can put it on their heads in store without the assistance watching them and put it back on the rail. What's the difference. I found this reason for non return/exchange tasteless and very unpleasant to to treat customers
