Account informatiom

A payment that was made 3 weeks ago is still not updated on their system. Even if you send a proof of payment there is no change. More than 3 weeks I have requested an update in my account transactions nothing is happening. In this day and age why would it take forever to update transactions. Too unhappy with their service, its the poorest service I have ever experienced.
