ACCOUNT OVERPAID
I had a loan of R5000.00 through Bridge Loans. I was handed over to Nadia Scheepers Attorneys and I had judgement due to this. The loan tripled from R5000.00. I paid religiously and they deducted an extra month. Luckily for me I watched my account otherwise they would've deducted until I turned 80. I phoned them In July and they still did not refund me. According to Jackie I have to wait 8 weeks for the refund. I want to know why do I have to wait so long when it didnt take them long to hand me over.<br> Please explain.<br>

Account informatiom
A payment that was made 3 weeks ago is still not updated on their system. Even if you send a proof of payment there is no change. More than 3 weeks I have requested an update in my account transactions nothing is happening. In this day and age why would it take forever to update transactions. Too unhappy with their service, its the poorest service I have ever experienced.

daylight robbery
nadia scheepres garnished and they deducted R765 for 6 months and stopped and again they deducted for another 4 months and according to the pay slip the balance was appearing ,to my surprise the deduction has started again,R432 was deducted this month, they are double charging me and I need a refund.why do they have to charge us three times what we owe the creditor,i feel is unfair and nadia is robbing people period,the garnish was not even send to my work place ,it was send to Head Office straight.
