DON'T SUPPORT - you will never get your refund if item is not received

not happy. I ordered bedding from Lisa Banks / NC Enterprise / you (as you are all connected) 4 months ago. I am still waiting with no proof that my order was shipped or even couriered to me. I have asked for a refund and no one is willing to assist. R900 for my son that I truly can't afford. she ordered from you... back and fourth with no resolve. You / Lisa Banks or NC Enterprise won't refund me (my order and trust was with Lisa Banks, the lady i purchased from) and you/ her/ NC enterprise won't refund me. she or you have never tried to contact me to follow up and see how this can be resolved. The right to refund me. Number 5 - the right to fair and responsible marketing. You said 14-21 days. Its been 4 months since i placed my order. Number 6. Fair and honest dealing. None of you have provided me with any information what so ever with regards to my order. Apparently it was shipped. I received no tracking number, no waybill number, no order.
