I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I have never met a person who shows less care or empathy for her clients. Nikita comes across as unprofessional and dismissive she should not be handling deceased estates, as compassion and clear communication are essential in such matters.

She often uses confusing legal terminology and then blames clients for not understanding, calling their comprehension flawed. Her attitude is rude and condescending. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had with any professional. If you want a smooth and respectful process, I strongly recommend avoiding her services.
