Supersonic needs to do better as a service provider their service is poor and there is lack of accountability, they just blame open service for their slow and very bad service how can I wait for a month for fiber wow they need to close shop they don't know what they are ****en doing mtn find some one else this is nonsense with a capital N. I contacted Checkers Brackenhurst regarding a pending issue I had raised with the store. During this process, I had to call seven times and was repeatedly transferred without resolution. On several occasions, the phone was left unattended while staff engaged in personal conversations. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that staff are not allowed to provide managers’ contact details. After multiple calls and transfers, I was eventually connected to Rozel, the manager. However, she advised that she will checking in Head Office and that she would get back to me. This lack of follow-up and ineffective handling of my query is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store’s customer service standards.

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service received from ABSA. I logged an official complaint under case number C-60278177 with L Harris (ABLS882) – Collections Customer Management, Personal & Private Banking. ABSA closed the case on their side, claiming it could not remain open indefinitely. It has now been 21+ days, and my issue remains unresolved, with no response or feedback from ABSA. ABSA was quick to list me on ITC when collecting payments, yet there is no urgency or accountability in correcting and updating my customer profile. This shows a clear lack of care and a concerning imbalance in customer support. I request immediate action, proper communication, and urgency in resolving this matter. ABSA’s service in this case has been unacceptable and has directly impacted me.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I have never met a person who shows less care or empathy for her clients. Nikita comes across as unprofessional and dismissive she should not be handling deceased estates, as compassion and clear communication are essential in such matters. She often uses confusing legal terminology and then blames clients for not understanding, calling their comprehension flawed. Her attitude is rude and condescending. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had with any professional. If you want a smooth and respectful process, I strongly recommend avoiding her services.
Takealot’s service is an absolute nightmare. *********** staff, zero respect for customers, and no solutions after wasting over an hour on the phone. They changed my order date twice, and I still haven’t received my order placed on August 31st. “Cassie,” who claimed to be a team leader, wasn’t even remotely qualified. Jade was just as useless, making empty promises like a “R 100 image” . I’m a regular customer and after spending more than R100 just calling to fix their mess, their so-called “team leaders” refuse to pick up. Chat support is unhelpful. Honestly, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t waste your time or money.
Telkom should just shut down completely—they are an embarrassment of a company. Their service is so appallingly bad, it makes even the most broken government departments look efficient. How in the world does it take over three days to draft a basic settlement letter? Are they chiseling it into stone? Or have they staffed their operations with museum exhibits? It's a joke—an insulting one at that. Their service isn’t just at the bottom of the barrel—it’s rotting underneath it. And while they fumble around doing nothing, their clueless collections department keeps calling me with nonsense they can’t even back up with a simple document. A total failure of a company. Useless doesn’t even begin to describe them.
