Absolutely Disappointed

I'm livid by the service my colleagues and I received from Nail Factor Galleria.<br> We went there just a week ago to get our nails done we weren't happy with it at all <br> and we let me know during the course of the week and the lady that works there kept saying she will speak to the owner about it and we got not feedback so today we all(all three of us) decided to go there and find out the progress because a week into doing our acrylic tips with color the nails are already growing out because the cuticles weren't pushed back properly, the nails are already lifting and the nail art is falling out.<br> The feedback we received is \we won't do anything about it".
