Vodacom and your partner, I hate y'all
I hate Vodacom because this is their partner, I took cash advance on vodapay and now it's not even 30 days they added and ruined my credit score on my profile. They are based in Nigeria and I don't know how to communicate with them. Vodacom you digged dip this time

it appears my sister have the account with you guys as per ITC, she doesn't eve know what she took from you or how she ended owing you guys .she can take any credit or get help from your offices to settle or remove this account under her name .

I have reported this to Vodacom, checked my bank account, they have been deducting R10.00 almost every day since March using the ins funds as ref, but it is them, close to R1000.00 deducted from my account, Please report them under Vodacom as well on Hello Peter only way you will get results

Nairtime keeping on taking our money
There is no way to get hold of them their contact number is not even their number, they deducted twice from my bank and from there on other amounts of R10.00 and today got a sms now I owe them R12.45 and they will list me with the credit bureau, all the complaints what is happening that all have the same issue. How can Vodacom sign up with them? There is not even an email address for them.

You say I owe and you debited from my account I've sent my bank statement but you still wanna debit from my account why I don't know. This if a useless business I can't get hold off you via phone or WhatsApp.

How do u stop this company from harassing me. I always owe R1.80 i tried paying on the app it says i dont owe but i keep on getting money being debited They say they debited R4 istead of 5 i need to pay R1 for what ? This is tatal theft how do i report this and stop it please help

If I could give this company 0 I would.They will call u so many times when u have showed zero interest.They will then do hard inquiries into your credit profile for no reason.Ive never taken a contract with this company bt they r harassing me
