Nairtime south Africa is abusive

How do u stop this company from harassing me. I always owe R1.80 i tried paying on the app it says i dont owe but i keep on getting money being debited They say they debited R4 istead of 5 i need to pay R1 for what ? This is tatal theft how do i report this and stop it please help
