I would like to apologise and withdraw comments made about naked properties regarding payment of the deposit, I deeply apologise and want to confirm that there has been communication about receiving the deposit We received excellent service as well as proper treatment Hope that we can move forward and no implication can further take place

Deposit not being paid
It has been over a month that I have moved out from the property however I haven't received the deposit and the Landlord Gift Mabena is not picking up my calls and avoiding all my text messages and follow up I have been trying to reach the agency but they not responding and running away with the deposit

Deposit not being paid
It has been over a month that I have moved out from the property however I haven't received the deposit and the Landlord Gift Mabena is not picking up my calls and avoiding all my text messages and follow up I have been trying to reach the agency but they not responding and running away with the deposit

Tenant - The West End Estate
Without prejudice I have had a very bad rental experience with this business, they placed me in a very bad apartment in The Westend Estate, cupboards are falling, shoer candles not there, cupboards handle missing, washing machine pipes leak, I reported matters to the Naked Properties and the Landlord, up to now nothing has been fixed, typing this water is all over the floor. Guess what their response is: You are free to leave if not happy, I cannot get my deposit because placing a tenant is difficult. All this prompted me to check them with CIPC. They were deregistered in February 2025, app**** for reinstatement in October 2025, however they are still practicing. I would not recommend the agency to anyone.

False info about our rental due to us
Our estate agent by the name of letago@nakedproperties.co.za keeps making false promises about the rental due to us as she administers our property. Every other month , there is false information about our rental pending on their system. She then does not answer our calls or even return them.

Pay my deposit back.
I was ambushed out of the house by their agent Letago Ndlovu, a bully, proper procedures were not followed, I took them to housing tribunal, nonetheless I left the place. I don't owe you anything. She is now playing duck and dive games when she is meant to pay me my deposit back. Naked Properties pay me my deposit back, it is ******* to keep my deposit and you know that...

They want to ********ly evict us. I defaulted my April rent, I recieved an eviction notice on the 21May 2024,on the notice it stated that I should move out by 31st August.I went to the agent to make an arrangement to pay, which we both agreed on, I payed on the 24th of May 2024 as per arrangement. On the 25th May 2024 she sent a text that the landlord would like to continue with the current lease(I have proof of this text). The arrangement(payment plan) was meant to end in August. I payed all that was owed to them, only to recieve an email on the 21st of August that my lease is terminated. I responded back to her to say how so because the notice for May was null and void(because of the text that she sent on the 25th) I then decided to take the matter to rental tribunal housing in Ikusasa house. They opened a case, called her so we can meet the next day for a mediation. She agreed, she even proposed time for the meeting. The next day, an hour before the meeting, she sends a message that she can't make it for the meeting. She sent me an email too(on the day)that I should move out by 6pm today as per notice. I showed them at the mediation, they called her and told her that, that is ********, she can't lock us out. She was also told that she needs a court order to evict us. It was then suggested that she gives us until end October so we can gather funds to move out, she refused. The matter has been moved to the next stage and guess what... She has now cut off our electricity. All this because she refuses to admit that she forgot about that text. I feel bul**** by her, I have kids in the house.... If the matter is under dispute why bully us out, they know the law, why do this... Only because she wants to exercise her power on us...
