Pathetic Service
Extremely poor service in handling my refund . They collected my returned parcel almost two months ago and been sending follow up emails with the same lame response of escalating and getting back to me

False info about our rental due to us
Our estate agent by the name of letago@nakedproperties.co.za keeps making false promises about the rental due to us as she administers our property. Every other month , there is false information about our rental pending on their system. She then does not answer our calls or even return them.

Car Premium unduly deducted
They have been deducting my premium for a vehicle ****** in June, I have been messaging them via email/FB/WhatsApp chat without any success since they don’t have a dedicated contact number. I’m so unhappy and actually angry with their pathetic service.
