I have had a very bad rental experience with this business, they placed me in a very bad apartment in The Westend Estate, cupboards are falling, shoer candles not there, cupboards handle missing, washing machine pipes leak, I reported matters to the Naked Properties and the Landlord, up to now nothing has been fixed, typing this water is all over the floor.

Guess what their response is: You are free to leave if not happy, I cannot get my deposit because placing a tenant is difficult.

All this prompted me to check them with CIPC.

They were deregistered in February 2025, app**** for reinstatement in October 2025, however they are still practicing.

I would not recommend the agency to anyone.
