Namchar disappoints again
I purchased a 5kg bag of Namchar charcoal on the 29th of Sept 2017. To my disappointment the charcoal pieces were almost unusable because of its size. It will burn out very quickly. This was the 3rd bag of charcoal with similar content. I contacted Jackie at Namchar immediately and requested her to bring it to the attention of the business owner, Paul Eck. I send a sms with pictures to them. Yesterday (5 Oct) was the first time Paul replied on my complaint, asking me to lodge a formal complaint. I have spent enough time on this subject matter and therefor requested him to take note about my complaint, address it accordingly and advise feedback to me. (I left both a voice and sms message for him). I find it troublesome if an owner of a business plays hide and seek, instead of owning up, apologizing and correcting the situation. I therefor urge other consumers to make sure that Namchar charcoal meet their requirements and if not, that they should also take it up with Paul Eck.
