On Friday 28 November i refulled at Engen Garage. I paid with my card, the transaction declined a few times. It then declined a 3rd time but the money went out of my account but not into the garage Bank account. I was told that the money would reverse back into my account but it has still not reversed and the garage are now pushing me to come and pay. Even the assistant named Precious on the Chaat via the FNB app arent very helpful. Whats the point of this service then? I switched from Capitec to FNB but now i am not getting any joy from FNB. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

Engen garage Croydon in Faure. This filling station is more like a waiting station. Tonight 4 October 2023 i went to fill up just after 19:00. All the pumps were closed and they had only one petrol attendant on duty. I went to the window to ask the lady behind the window if there arent any other people to come and help, she had a very dont care attitude toward me as she told me 'no they are not here' and carried on playing with her phone..I had to physically get out of my car to help the security fill up my car. This type of service is unacceptable because we drive past petrol stations to go there just to be served with 25minutes waiting time to be served at the pump. THE PRIVATE SECURITY OF ALL PEOPLE HAD TO PUMP PETROL DO BETTER ENGEN!!
On Sunday, 23 July 2023 i stopped at Mcdonalds Somerset Mall. I went at the Drive through and ordered a Hazelnut iced coffee and i requested that they only add 1 or 2 ice blocks. When i got to the collection window, the very unfriendly guy HANDED ME HALF A CUP of iced coffee. When i askee him why the cup is half he told me in a very arrogant way THAT THE ICE FILLS UP THE CUP. Not only was i handed half a drink, and served by an arrogant guy the drink also had an very unpleasant taste wich is difficult to explain, the Hazelnut iced coffee definetly did not taste like that before. I wont reccomend this outlet to anyone as you expect to get value for your money, however this is mot what you get from this place. Mcdonals Somerset Mall sucks!
I am having endless issues with vodacom. My normal debit date is on the 30th of each month. I paid my account online a few days before the debit date. And now i have realised that they have added an penalty fee of R100.88c to my account for the month of June 2023. This is unfair because i am being penalised for paying my account im advance. The call centre staff is extremely inhelpful and arrogant, i asked to speak to a Manager and i was put through to a supervisor who was worse than the normal call centre agent. She refused to put me through to a Manager as she believes that the Manager wouldnt be able to assist in this regard. Vodacom has disapointed me on every level as you would expect much better/helpful service from this company. I have been with Vodacom for many years and i must say that the service im receiving right now is very bad! Every month there's billing issues. Vodacom do better please! Please employ capable staff and teach them proper customer service.
Somebody made an EFT from his FNB account to my FNB acc(immediate payment). I received an in app message with the the details of the amount etc etc etc. However, the money never reached my bank account. The sender showed me that the amount left his account but it never reached me. I was advised to call fnb customer service to sort out the above mentioned issue, however the people assisting on the phone are extremely to unhelpful, the one person knows less tham the other person and they ended up transfering my call from person to person. Very disapointed, to think i left Capitec bank to bank woth FNB.
On 9 February i experienced some issues with live streaming from my DSTV acc via Chrome. I then decided to contact them via Live Chat, i spoke to a SANDILE via the DSTV Live chat. this person is extremely incompetent, this person did not even try to help me. I have never experienced such bad service from dstv before. the Live chat channel is extremely useless. this Sandile person does not deserve to be in that position as there are other people who would to quite better in that role! While i was still chatting about the problem i have I THEN received the following: It has been a pleasure assisting you and stay safe 😉 Kindly rate my service after closing the chat , 5 stars if you happy with my service. DSTV THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!
I had a outage in my area and had to make a plan for supper so we ordered online and had it delivered. My meals were delivered within 20minutes, hot, fresh and neatly! Everything was perfect! 5 stars from me KFC Eersterivier.
Worst business to do business with. Nobody answers emails, nobody answers their phones, nobody gets back to you on their whatsapp line. Its an absolute struggle to get hold of them.
