I had a good service from Namola while my first tracker lasted. When it died the service turned appalling. Months of multiple failed attempts to repair the device were followed by me buying a new device that proved faulty, then another new one, which could not be connected to my phon. Then the accounts departments could not resolve the problem of my payments not going through. No replies from technical support, weeks of waiting for replies from support staff. I finally decided to quit but asked for the compensation for the device for which I paid but which never worked. I sent to the technical department by Postnet for a particular day when the support assistant who was supposed to help was there. Two seeks later I asked what was happening, and it has turned out that the parcel was still at the Postnet, i.e. she did not even bother to pick it up. I was told that mu subscription was cancelled on my request, and yet I still get messages from the accounts department threatening me with the closure of my account. The whole story started more than a year ago, and of course, there is not chance that Namola will ever pay me for the faulty device. But I want to warn other clients: enjoy if your tracker works. Once it stops working, forget about it, don't waste your time.
