Do not count on NAMOLA to have your back in a life-threatening situation. They do not even notice if your Panic Tracker has not “moved” for two months. Furthermore, if your routine testing of the Panic Tracker device, which vibrated and buzzed as it should, does not elicit a response from the Namola call centre, there is NO publicized phone number to check to see whether your signal is getting thru at all. Their call centre staff seemed pretty clueless when I got thru via the phone app too. The whole POINT of the Panic Tracker device is for it to work independently, when you may not be able or capable of using your phone. Unless some major changes are made to their systems, I would NOT count on NAMOLA in an emergency!

I had an incident on the 14th of May. Namola was of absolute NO help. Have tried to sort out with managaement. Eventually returned my calls today, 20th May 2026. App doesnt work properly so I have cancelled my subscrption on my Google account. Will update if cancellation doesnt work!

Namola’s location sharing gives me peace of mind, especially when my loved ones are traveling. I often travel too and it saves back and forth whatsapp messages to my family that I am safe

Shocking service from Namola! DO NOT USE NAMOLA! No phone contact available and their App does not work, nor do they respond to emails. It is impossible to cancel a subscription and they continue to deduct monthly payments. I have requested immediate cancellation and have reported them to my banks ***** department.

Namola team , please terminate my Namola subscription. I have been dealing with Keagan Solomons since November 2025 but his not winning with resolving my cancellation. I am sick and tired of the several requests sent to Namola but not action. I have several debit in my account for insufficient for the debit orders which bounce in my cheque even when there is sufficient funds. Namola is no longer providing a service even when you are requesting a cancellation everything is a hard for Namola. I can't cancel the subscription on my App because my Namola App has not been working for 3 months now.

Namola team , please terminate my Namola subscription. I have been dealing with Keagan Solomons since November 2025 but his not winning with resolving my cancellation. I am sick and tired of the several requests sent to Namola but not action. I had a good service from Namola while my first tracker lasted. When it died the service turned appalling. Months of multiple failed attempts to repair the device were followed by me buying a new device that proved faulty, then another new one, which could not be connected to my phon. Then the accounts departments could not resolve the problem of my payments not going through. No replies from technical support, weeks of waiting for replies from support staff. I finally decided to quit but asked for the compensation for the device for which I paid but which never worked. I sent to the technical department by Postnet for a particular day when the support assistant who was supposed to help was there. Two seeks later I asked what was happening, and it has turned out that the parcel was still at the Postnet, i.e. she did not even bother to pick it up. I was told that mu subscription was cancelled on my request, and yet I still get messages from the accounts department threatening me with the closure of my account. The whole story started more than a year ago, and of course, there is not chance that Namola will ever pay me for the faulty device. But I want to warn other clients: enjoy if your tracker works. Once it stops working, forget about it, don't waste your time.

When I push the emergency button it can't find my location, tells me to call 112. So now I'm trying to cancel my subscription, but it won't let me. Absolutely disgusting service.

I think this is a scxam. Once you sign up it is impossible to cancel, the number they have put on the web doesn't exit and the instructions they give you to cancel on the app dont work either. BEWARE
