I had an incident on the 14th of May. Namola was of absolute NO help. Have tried to sort out with managaement. Eventually returned my calls today, 20th May 2026. App doesnt work properly so I have cancelled my subscrption on my Google account. Will update if cancellation doesnt work!
Received notification of a fine from Fines SA for R600. Paid the fine. I received notification for a fine from Pay City for R300.00. On investigation, I discovered that it was the same reference number. I emailed both companies for their response. Fines SA response : Our expertise, IP and processes in certain scenarios may result in a fine being either withdrawn or reduced. In other circumstances we pay the full price for the fine in order to get it resolved. Fines SA takes a holistic view on all fines paid and either benefits or loses out accordingly but our offer to our clients remain the same. I trust that this explanation assists you in understanding our business model. Guess who I wont be using to pay my fines again!
My whole business account has disappeared off Brightbooks accounting package. I have been begging for urgent assistance for 3 hours and have had zero feedback. No phone numbers are available only e-mail.
