Nanette Rosslee and her staff are simply amazing. She has so much passion for people and hearing and she truly connects you to a world you didn't even know was out there! Realizing you have hearing loss is traumatic and unfortunately associated with old age, so it carries the shame factor, but Nanette has so much empathy and compassion that it makes the journey so much easier and you feel like visiting a friend.
