****mers!! they don't refund what is due you

They are ****mers, dont waste your time engaging their service, they will dissapoint you, they were unable to provide a **** for me according to my request, they brought a **** they claim is good with kids, this so called **** was the opposite of that, I informed them on the 2nd day the **** resumed that it was not going to work, they were unable to get me a replacement for more than 3 weeks, I then requested for a refund since they couldn't deliver on the agreement, Nonto the owner and chipo the admin lady agreed that I will be refunded, since August now I am still waiting for the refund, they ignore my emails and calls, looking at other reviews you can see this is their pattern, they do this all the time, ****ming people, I wonder how your business can thrive like this when you keep ****ming people of their hard earned money, it will never be well with you!!
